Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Some products may be exempt from returns.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process any return.
Partial refunds may be issued under certain circumstances, such as:
- Items that are not returned in their original condition or are damaged for reasons unrelated to our error.
- Returns made more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a few days.

- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times vary.
- Reach out to your bank for any delays.

Sale Items
Only items sold at full price are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at whitetailmash@gmail.com and send your item to:

Returning Your Product

Returns must be shipped using USPS. You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary based on your location.
If your return is valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
